Early bird registration closed, regular is still open

The most affordable way to register to the WCSJ2013, the early bird rate, closed on 24 May 2013 and the regular price registration goes on until 7 June. Late registration starts on 8 June and is possible also at the conference site.

Full registration for the conference includes access to all three main conference days and the pre-conference workshop day, the lunches and coffee breaks as indicated in the conference programme, the opening plenary and welcome reception on 24 June, the closing evening event on 27 June at Heureka, the Finnish Science Centre, and the special conference seminars and social events, e.g. “Science at Midnight”.

The price also includes the post-conference excursions (full registration required; admission granted on a first-come, first-served basis).

Above you can see the range of delegate fees available for the conference. The variation within each fee range is due to the availability of membership and early bird booking discounts. To receive the special student rate, proof of student status will be required upon registration.

Please note that the One day registration fee covers attendance at sessions and events, as well as lunch and coffee at the conference venue, only for the days of attendance.

The opening day fee is only available to those who have registered for other parts of the Conference (One Day – 25th, 26th or 27th June), as attendance on the opening day only is not available.
