Following information is for the attendees already registrated as a refresher about the terms and conditions:
The registration form also acts as an accommodation booking form. So, please take some time to familiarise yourself with the accommodation options reserved by WCSJ2013/Confedent International before you start the registration process, to minimize the chances of your session timing out.
Insurance:
The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to conference participants or those accompanying them, either during, or as a result of the conference.
Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
Cancellation of registration and accommodation:
Once your registration form has been submitted, all cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing to the WCSJ2013 secretariat (or by mail c/o Confedent International, Aleksanterinkatu 44 A, 00100 Helsinki, Finland).
Deadline for the cancellations with refund was 20 April 2013.
There will be no refunds for no-shows.
The Conference organisation does not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of a severe contagious epidemic, major strikes, etc.). In such a case, the WCSJ2013 Organising Committee will decide on the refunding of paid conference fees.
